The owners of this site wanted to replace an office block with two new detached houses, within Green Belt land, next to their own home – a traditional farmhouse.
The grey slate rooves, dark window-frames and white render are a contemporary reflection of the owners traditional Cheshire farmhouse.
With views for miles on one side, and an unsightly leisure shed on the other, this design focused on both screening where needed and maximising views.
Inside, these contemporary homes are designed for modern family life, using energy efficient materials and open plan living areas
