Overview:
Nestled next to the canal, these four inexpensive family homes were created in partnership with a local charity who wanted to maximise the value of their plot of land, to create funds for their social purpose. The large windows at the rear were designed to make the most of the views over neighbouring National Trust parkland.

The materials and design of these houses were developed to ensure a contextual fit with the surrounding properties. We proposed using SIPs construction method (Structured Insulated Panels), ensured that construction was 30% quicker than traditional methods, to minimise disruption for the local community.
